Wearing mittens made a big difference for me. I went from 16 catches to only 10. I had fun designing my own experiment, though. I felt very scientist-like :-)
I loved my experiment. Our independent variable was standing on one leg, and surprisingly, we got better results when standing on one leg when catching the ball.
