Yes...this is pretty cool. I am going to watch this.
Evolutionarily...I think that scientists believe that amphibians eventually adopted a more land based life style over many generations which resulted in the reptile. This would have taken many years with those animals that were well adapted being able to survive and thus passing on their genes to the next generation.
