I really think that this field trip got me to think very creatively. And I loved the paintings. I really liked the activity where we had to share how we made the painting with like snakes and blood. I enjoyed going on this trip. And I cant wait to go on the nature walk.

I really liked this field trip. I learned a lot of different ways you could be creative. I liked writing the letter to the moon, and focusing on one of the paintings, that looked like worms were slithering around the canvas.

This field trip I thought was ok. But I did learn more about creativity.

This field trip was pretty interesting. It made you think how so many different things can be creative. Even random things like the cup on that stand was turned into creativity.

These are great comments. It's nice that you are mature enough to have an open mind about modern art. I would love to have that large moon in my classroom but I am sure it wouldn't fit very well! It is cool to find out what motivates artists to create in the ways they do.

Hi Again!

That is a wonderful description of hat happens Nikki! The inspiration from the art is often more important than an understanding of it. It can inspire you to write stories or music, or to create art of your own!

This field trip was interesting. I thought we we're going to look around but instead we focused on just two artworks. The swirly painting was cool but i don't get why they put it all over the room. I thought the moon picture was strange. I didn't really like that one. but I still had fun!

The big moon artwork was amazing. I wonder how long it took to make it. The microscopic words, there are too many of them. I thought that the swirly worm thingies were cool especially the colors. But it was sad that we could only go to two pieces of artwork.
