Hi Mr Forde, When my mom was quizzing me she told me that when people get wheat,allergies, the villi affect it. When my sister was diagnosed with it they said that the Villi get pushed down to make them flat when starch enters it. I just thought you might want to know that. Thanks! Catherine C.
