Hi Mr. Forde, It is me gennesis and i wanted to tell that i went into the link for extra credit and i learned that the mitochondria has its own DNA which is called the Mitochondria DNA and it is similar to the bacterial DNA and what it does which is included to their distanct genome.
Yes...mitochondria have their own stored information in the form of mitochondrial DNA!
One interesting fact is that you always get your mitochondria (and mitochondrial DNA) from your MOM. All of the cytoplasm, and organelles, of YOU as a very early life are from MOM.
Last week was a tad confusing with comm. srvc. and thanksgiving break. See me in the Am and we'll get you a copy if you need it. I'll also confirm whether or not your group received the sheet.
Hi Mr.Forde Its me hillary i wanted to tell you that my computer cant go to your science help link both of the links wontt work. And when you first gave me the HW it still didnt work I hope you understand.
Hey Mr. Forde, The last couple of weeks I enjoed learing about cells. One thing that was very intresting is how the vacoule carries water and food to the cell. But one thing that make me kind of like think is why are the vacuoles lager in animals then in plants?
I am not sure why the link isn't working for you. Why don;t you see me monday morning during advisory and we will talk, or I can print the article for you.
The links for the project are ont he main page. The main ones are under the picture of the silver. I recommend link LETTER C which is biology4kids.com.
Stop by during advisory if we need to talk further.
