What are some things we can learn about microscopes by looking at this slide? What lessons did you get on the first day?

A lesson learned the hard way: Microscope lenses are OPPOSITE!! We looked at it wrong! =P Also, If you are on the biggest lens,then you have to use the fine adjustment knob, or you will break the sample.
Microscopes increase the image of an object except it is opposite. It showed the fibers in the newspaper and what the texture of the newspaper really looks like. Elizabeth Sosnovskiy 4
I learned that microscopes are REALLY fun to use! Also, when we're doing our sketches, we should draw only what we see, and not what we think we see, and make it look perfect.
