HI All!
Last week went by so quickly!
We discussed and learned more about testable and researchable questions. We reviewed our last experiment and designed a new one of our own. On friday we tested them out and collected our own original data. Great job Black Team! After 5 periods of original experiments I was pretty beat! :-)
Here are some images of the kids at work. I am sorry that I could not get you all!
Next week we will talk about LIFE. What is it? How do you know something is alive? The we will start covering some ecology basics.
Mr. F :-)
There must be some cells in the "living thing" and it must have some energy of some sort (food :p)
ReplyDeleteAND it must be able to REPRODUCE. Everything on earth is here to make MORE of... that includes weeds :(

Ok Um Mr.Forde im like so confused on the graph cuz my group wuz seeing wut cereals mealworms like. but im getting confused on the graph part. do the cereals go on the x-axis and the total times the worms went on the Y-axis?
ReplyDelete-Go-Gurt :p
Hi go gurt,
ReplyDeleteHere's the deal. You put "the number of visits" on the Y axis (up and down). You put the different cereals across the X axis (left to right ). You total up the number of visits of worm 1 to cereal one to make a bar etc.
Does this help?
Mr. F :-)
