The sitting position 1 made my "femurs" burn like they were on fire!

Hi Sherene...what you felt were your Quadricept muscles burning on the top of your femurs. The muscles get fatigued (tired) and start to get tat burning senation.Kim here is the link... Click HereMr. F :-)

When I did the wall sit my quads also hurt. Also when I held my legs 6 inches off the ground my abdominal muscles got a real workout:-) Steven Browning
