It is fun helping people and getting to learn some new skills at the same time. Luckily we had REALLY good carpenters near-by to help us when things got tough. They were from the Habitat for Humanity group.
I am back in stamford but pretty exhausted. I will sleep well tonight!

hey Mr. Forde, i think it's great what your doing down there to try and help others affected by the hurricane. i'm relly interested in going down there myself to help out.oh and i can finally stay after to help you set up the fish tank. Ryan story

Yes...we are renovating some houses devastated by Katrina in August of '05. Today I learned how to install stairs into a house!
